Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyTinyTeam (“the service”), operated from Malaysia at mytinyteam.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service is

MyTinyTeam lets you (“you”, the “account owner”) configure AI chatbots and deploy them on your own website and Telegram channels, to converse with your own visitors and customers. Bot replies are generated using Anthropic's Claude API.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at hello@mytinyteam.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content, your responsibility

Anything you configure — bot personas, system prompts, knowledge base articles, sales approach, custom forms — is your content. You confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. You're also responsible for the data your bot collects from your own visitors (see our Privacy Policy for how the controller/processor relationship works).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyTinyTeam to:

• Publish or generate illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
• Send spam, or use the platform for unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Deceive or defraud your visitors, or impersonate another person or business.
• Misrepresent your bot as a human where applicable law requires disclosure that visitors are interacting with an AI system — you're responsible for complying with any such disclosure requirements in your own jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Plans, trial, and usage limits

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan per our published pricing. Plans include a monthly reply cap as listed on our pricing page; usage beyond your plan's cap may be limited or require an upgrade. We'll do our best to notify you before you hit a limit.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@mytinyteam.com.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in abusive behavior toward the platform or other users.

Service provided “as is”

MyTinyTeam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will always be accurate. You're responsible for reviewing your bot's configuration and knowledge base to reduce the risk of incorrect responses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTinyTeam's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of MyTinyTeam after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
